Both of us were more than impressed with RoseWood, especially with the organization, cleanliness and most importantly, the love and care you give all the little furry friends you are looking after. We cannot express enough how pleased we were with everything.

As you could see from meeting us and our babies – Chardonnay & Carey, these two furry little creatures are our entire life and we live for them. I feel wonderful knowing they will be loved, entertained, cared for and well looked after during our vacation.

We visited a number of places for our dogs to stay before we happened upon RoseWood Pet Resorts. During our search, we felt uneasy with what we were seeing and even started to question whether we should actually go on vacation. Our three Shelties are our “kids” and we are admittedly overprotective of them. When we stepped into the RoseWood office and met Sandy and Penny we felt as though we were “home”, so to speak. The facility is very nice. The clean kennels are a very generous size and there are not a huge number of them, thus your dog will receive individual attention. There is a large fenced area for dogs to run free and another area for dogs that would prefer to be alone or in a smaller group when outside. There are also bathing facilities, so you can have your dog returned to you clean and fresh if you wish. One of the most important things for us is that the owners live on-site so the dogs are not far from their caretakers at any point in time.

Our three dogs, Cassie, Dylan and Cooper were at RoseWood just under 2 weeks. During that time, Sandy understood my need to keep posted on how they were doing and provided several reassuring updates via email. When we picked up our dogs, they were excited to see us, but we were not absolutely sure they wanted to come home as much as we wanted them to!

Without hesitation, we recommend RoseWood Pet Resorts. Thanks to Sandy and Penny for the great care you took of our pups and allowing us peace of mind while we were on vacation!
